Indian women’s team in NewZealand

Indian women’s cricket team finished their ICC women’s world Twenty20 as a semi finalist. Now the Indian women’s team in NewZealand for the ODI and T20 series.

Indian women’s cricket team has shown their capability of batting , bowling and fielding in ICC world T20. Harmanpreet Kaur lead the team excellently and also played very well to reach the team semi’s. The openers Smriti Mandhana and Jemimah Rodrigues has played very well in the T20 world cup.The bowlers also performed very well to support the team. And also the fielding is upto the mark.

Will indian women’s team continue the same in NewZealand…

After the successful T20 world cup tournament, india can continue the same performance in New Zealand. The tour will be start on Jan 24 to Feb 10 which inculdes 3 ODI’s and 3 T20’s. If we can see the previous big tournament every one have the hope that the indian women’s team in new zealand will win the series.

Indian women’s played there first match against new zealand in ICC T20 tournament in 2018 beating them by 34 runs. The captain Harmanpreet Kaur knock of 103 helped india to win the match. Now also the team is looking to play well against them.

Change of Coach can effect the indian women’s team performance…

After the ICC tournament the issue of head coach change came into picture. Some players in the team want to continue with Ramesh Powar but some players not agreed with them. So, finally BCCI appointed WV Raman as a head coach. Also they named Mithali Raj as a captain for ODI’s and Harmanpreet Kaur for T20’s. Will the change of head coach effect the indian women’s team in new zealand. WV Raman played for india and also worked as a coach foe different states and also in IPL teams. Hope he can lead the indian women’s team in victory way.

Finally the batswomen and the bowlers can continue the performance as they done in the ICC T20 tournament. If the all players can do well in the new zealand tour then surely womens team will win the both ODI and T2o series.
